Payment Methods

Returns and exchanges must be authorized before they are shipped to any of our facilities. We will not be held responsible for any lost packages resulting from the return of items using your own shipping label.
 

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy at the discretion of our customer care team. Requests for returns or exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receipt.

 

We do not cover lost or stolen parcels delivered by post service or by DHL which the receiver has authorized to leave at the front. It is your responsibility to ensure that the postal service can be accepted.

The Divergent Box is currently not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Canceled

It is our policy that we will refund and cancel your order if it has not been shipped out over an extended period of time. If the order has been shipped out, we will not be able to cancel or refund it during transit. In the event that you still wish for a refund after delivery, we will refund you once we receive your parcel back with the product in its original condition.

Missing

Please contact Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving the order with information such as the order number and photo of the incorrect item.  For the missing item, we would need an image of the parcel. After we have investigated the issue, we resolve the matter by fixing the issued, approved refund. 

Damaged

If you receive a damaged item, please email support@althagafifashion.com with a photo. Any damaged item must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.

Returned

Any and all items that are damaged upon arrival, incorrect sizes, or wrong items ONLY! As footwear and accessories are FINAL SALE items, they cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee. 

 

Any and all on-sale items, items purchased using a discount, or promotional code, items purchased using store credit are not eligible for a return, ONLY FULL-PRICE ITEMS. Items purchased at the original retail price are considered full-priced. 


 

All returns must be in new and unused in condition with original packaging and tags attached. We will notify you via email once your return has been received and inspected. Once your refund is approved, your credit card or original method of payment will

automatically be credited within a few days of approval (typically no longer than five business days).

Exchanged

Exchanges are allowed for incorrect sizes, incorrect items, or wrong styles. All exchanges must be returned in new and unused condition with original

packaging and tags attached. Style exchange must be for an item of the SAME price.
